What campaigns can I run with CouponRevolution.Net Text Marketing?
CouponRevolution.Net accounts come with 2 campaign options:
Inbound: This campaign is initiated by a mobile phone user to instantly receive
information about your products and services. This campaign also saves the persons
mobile number in your contact list for future correspondence.
Outbound: You can send text marketing messages to a mobile phone user or list of
users once they are opted-in to receive text marketing messages from you.
What are keywords?
Keywords are how you identify and differentiate one campaign from another. Mobile
phone users looking to receive information from you will text message a keyword,
such as XPLOR to (77777). Your CouponRevolution.Net Text Marketing account will
automatically respond with a preformatted personalized message related to the keyword
that was sent.
What is a short code?
It is a 5 digit number, such as (77777) that makes it much quicker and easier to
respond to than a full mobile phone number. By using a Short Code in marketing activities,
you will quickly generate quality leads from people who have shown interest in your
products and services.
Why do I have to use the same short code as other CouponRevolution.Net Text Marketing
Users? Can I get my own? If so, what are the costs associated?
In order to provide the competitive pricing that we offer it is necessary to use
what is called a "Shared Short code". It is possible to get your own "dedicated"
short code. The cost is $7,000.00 for setup and $1,000.00 per month.
Is there a limit to the number of characters I can have in a message?
Yes, the total that can be sent in any text message is 160 characters. This total
number will be reduced by "X" characters due to verbiage that must be appended to
each message as required by mobile phone carriers.
Is there a limit to the number of messages I can send at a time/in a day/to one
recipient?
No, the only limitation is that all recipients must be on your opt-in list before
you can send any text messages to them.

you in the future.
Can I send text messages to a regular land line?
No, text messages are only supported by mobile devices.
Do SPAM laws apply to CouponRevolution.Net Text Marketing?
Yes, similar laws that govern SPAM are enforced on text messaging.
Can I send text messages to mobile phone recipients in other countries?
Yes, dependant upon carrier.
What support does CouponRevolution.Net Text Marketing come with?

support. There are also very comprehensive help files and tutorials included in

What does Opt-in/Opt-out mean?
Opt-in- Means that a mobile phone user has sent a keyword to your CouponRevolution.Net
Text Marketing account to subscribe to receive text messages from you in the future.
You can also send an email that will direct clients and prospects to a web page
to opt-in.
Opt-out- Means that a mobile phone user has sent an opt-out keyword such as; STOP,
UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL or END to unsubscribe from your opt-in list. From this
point on you can no longer send them text marketing messages, unless they opt-in
again.
Can I send text messages to email addresses?
No, text messages are only supported by mobile devices.
What is the difference between emailing and text messaging?
Text messages are sent from either mobile to mobile or from mobile to your CouponRevolution.Net
Text Marketing account and vice versa. Emails are sent from computer to computer
or other email enabled device.
What are other companies charging for this?
Setup: Prices range from $1000 One-time Account Setup Fee for standard account to
$5,000 for a custom application. Monthly fee: Prices range from $100 per month for
standard account to $300 per month and up for custom applications. Per message fee:
$0.05 - $0.15 per message sent/received, depending on volume.
How can I use CouponRevolution.Net Text Marketing to grow my business?
You can advertise your products and services in various locations such as your vehicle,
business cards, Web site, real estate sign...etc. You will have a warm lead (with
